Shipping Policy

How long the products are arrived?

All orders are usually shipped within 2 to 14 working days depending on the availability of the product and the payment method chosen (methods other than credit card or MasterCard may add an extra week for bank checking).

What if I wish for delivery in specific date?

Delivery time depends on the destination, if you have a specific date on receiving the product(s), please contact us first via phone call or email. Some orders may be delayed due to holidays and/or stock manufacturing.

How to check the availability of the stock?

To check the availability of the product(s), you can contact our customer service at sales@ehautolink.com.my with the product name and/or number. Our team will reply within 24 hours.

Domestic (Malaysia) Shipping:

All orders within Malaysia will be shipped via nearest courriers available. Transport charges will be notified once the full address of the recipient are received. Self pick up on delivery (COD) is only available at our physical store in Kepong, Malaysia

International Shipping:

All international orders (for single item or small parcel) will be shipped via International UPS, DHL or PosLaju International and freight costs will be borne by the buyer. As for International bulk order, please write to our customer service for the optimal and economical way of shipping.

How can I know the information about my orders?

Once we send the product, we will send you the purchase receipt and the tracking slip which contains the tracking number of the order.

What EH Auto Link not responsible for?

EH Auto Link is not responsible for any additional charges such as import chargers depending on each country’s regulation.
