Return and Refund Policy
What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund. However, you can only return your purchase for up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Item can be returned/exchanged only if found defective or wrong product shipped. All presumed defective of wrong items must obtain authorization before returning and the buyer must bear the return shipping fees.
For a return to be accepted, it should meet the following conditions:
- All returns must be in good condition and all original packaging (including invoice) must be in place for full refund to be issued.
- No refund will be issued if the product shows signs of used.
- Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer.
Once we have received your return at our warehouse, we will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
